在新形势下,提高党联系群众尤其是农民群体的质量必须提高农民组织化水平。党的群众路线视域下提高农民组织化水平需要对其进行顶层设计,充分发挥农村基层党组织的战斗堡垒作用,规范现有群众互助性合作组织建设。在市场经济形态下,真正践行党的群众路线、提高农民组织化水平,必须注重强化政府服务职能。

in the new situation,improve the quality of the party's ties with the masses,especially peasants group must improve the level of rural organization.Of the party's mass line horizon,improve the level of rural organization need to be the top design,give full play to the rural grass-roots party organization's fight fortress function,standardize existing mass mutual cooperation organization construction.Under the market economy,the real practice of the party's mass line,raising farmers' organizational level,must pay attention to strengthen the government service function.
