摘  要:
【目的】明确水稻再生力及产量与头季稻农艺性状的相关性,为强再生力水稻品种选育提供理论依据。【方法】以247份水稻核心种质为材料,在海南陵水和湖北荆州进行2年大田试验,采用相关分析、通径分析及多元回归分析等方法探究水稻再生力及产量与头季稻9个相关农艺性状的相关性,明确影响水稻再生力强弱和产量高低的关键因素。【结果】247份水稻种质在不同环境下的分蘖力和再生力均存在显著差异(P<0.05,下同),但再生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。水稻再生力与头季稻分蘖力、有效穗数、株高、穗长和单株产量呈极显著正相关(P<0.01,下同),与每穗颖花数和每穗实粒数呈显著负相关。逐步回归分析及通径分析结果均表明,头季稻有效穗数对再生力直接作用最大。相关分析结果表明,头季稻产量和再生季产量与头季稻有效穗数均呈极显著正相关。【结论】水稻再生率的遗传效应在不同环境下相对稳定,影响水稻再生力强弱与再生稻产量的关键性状为头季稻有效穗数。

摘  要:
【Objective】To explore the relationship between conventional rice ratooning ability and yield with agronomic traits of main crop,and provide theoretical basis for breeding strong regenerative rice varieties.【Method】Two-year field experiments were conducted in field station of Lingshui(Hainan)and Jingzhou(Hubei)with 247 germplasm accessions. The statistical analysis including simple correlation analysis,path analysis and multiple regression were conducted to explore the relationship between conventional rice ratooning ability and,yield with nine agronomic traits of main crop,and identify the key factors affecting rice ratooning ability and yield formation.【Result】The results showed the tillering ability and ratooning ability under different ecological environments were significantly different among the 247 materiasls(P<0.05,the same below),while there was no significant difference in the regeneration rate(P>0.05). The ratooning ability was extremely positively correlated with tillering ability,effective panicle number,plant height,panicle length and single plant yield of main crop(P<0.01,the same below),while there was significant negative correlation with the number of spikelets per panicle and the number of grains per panicle of main crop. By stepwise regression analysis and path analysis,the number of effective panicles in the main crop had the greatest direct effect on ratooning ability. The correlation analysis showed that there was extremely significant positive correlation between the yield of main crop and the yield of ratooning rice with the number of effective panicles in the main crop.【Conclusion】The genetic effects of regeneration rate in different environments are relatively stable. And the key factor affecting the ratooning ability and yield of ratooning rice is the number of effective panicles in the main crop.
