微型薯蛭石基质中疮痂病原鉴定及菌药协同防治探索

摘  要:
为探索微型薯繁育过程中马铃薯疮痂病的有效防治方法,利用16S rRNA基因序列鉴定了发病蛭石基质中的疮痂病原菌,并进行了生防菌ZWQ-1水剂+化学药剂的协同防治试验。结果表明,辽宁本溪微型薯苗床的疮痂病原菌为普通疮痂链霉菌(Streptomyces scabies)。在29种测试药剂中筛选到了8种对S.scabies有抑菌效果的药剂,其中适乐时0.1 g/L处理的抑菌圈直径最大,为41 mm。微型薯苗床防治试验的结果表明,化学药剂适乐时+ZWQ-1水剂、福美双+ZWQ-1水剂2个组合对微型薯疮痂病的防治效果最好,分别为72.60%和57.92%,且福美双+ZWQ-1水剂处理可显著促进植株生长。说明利用菌药协同防治疮痂病有较好的发展潜力。

摘  要:
In order to explore the effective prevention and control methods of potato common scab in minituber production,the pathogens were isolated from scabby tubers and identified by 16 S rRNA gene sequences,and the synergistic control experiments of ZWQ-1 biologic agent and chemicals were carried out.The research results showed that the pathogenic strain was proved to belong to Streptomyces scabies.Eight chemical agents showed better antibacterial activities to S.scabies among 29 tested chemicals,and the diameter of bacteriostasis circle treated with 0.1 g/L Shileshi was 41 mm.The results of minituber seedbed control experiments showed that the control efficacies of Shileshi with ZWQ-1 biologic agent and Thiram with ZWQ-1 biologic agent were the highest,72.60% and 57.92% respectively.In addition,Thiram with ZWQ-1 could significantly promote plant growth.The above results indicate that synergistic control of common scab disease has a good development potential.
