热泵密集烤房烘烤过程中干湿球温度响应研究

摘  要:
为探究热泵密集烤房烘烤过程中干湿球温度响应情况以及与燃煤密集烤房的差异,优化热泵密集烤房烘烤环境,在热泵密集烤房与燃煤密集烤房内用SSN-22温湿度自动记录仪测量烤房不同空间、不同时间的干湿球温度并与设定值对比分析。结果表明:①热泵密集烤房烘烤过程中的干球温度响应度略小于燃煤密集烤房烘烤过程中的干球温度响应度。②热泵密集烤房烘烤过程中的湿球温度响应度大于燃煤密集烤房烘烤过程中的湿球温度响应度。③热泵密集烤房与燃煤密集烤房烘烤过程中水平方向的干湿球温度响应度高于垂直方向的干湿球温度响应度。④热泵密集烤房与燃煤密集烤房烘烤过程中的干球温度响应度高于湿球温度响应度。提高热泵密集烤房供热能力和通风能力是提高烟叶烘烤质量的重要措施。

摘  要:
In order to explore the differences of wet and dry bulb temperature responses between heat pump and coal-fired bulk curing barn, and optimize the baking environment of heat pump curing barn, the wet and dry bulb temperatures of different spaces and times in curing barns were measured by SSN-22 temperature and humidity automatic recorder, and were contrasted with the set value. The results showed that the dry bulb temperature response degree of heat pump bulk curing barn was slightly smaller than that of coal-fired bulk curing barn during the curing process. But the wet bulb temperature response degrees of the two curing barns were contrast to the dry bulb. The wet and dry bulb temperature response degrees of different curing barns in horizontal diretion were higher than those in vertical direction. The dry bulb temperature response degrees of the two curing barns were higher than the wet bulb temperature response degrees. Improving the heating capacity and ventilation capacity of heat pump barn were the important measure to improve the curing quality of tobacco leaves.
