摘 要:
采用超声波辅助提取玉竹[Polygonatum odoratum(Mill.)Druce]中植物甾醇。通过单因素试验和正交试验,以提取溶剂、料液比、超声时间、超声温度4个因素进行试验。结果表明,乙酸乙酯为最佳提取溶剂,最适宜的工艺条件为料液比1∶40(g∶m L)、超声时间50 min、超声温度45℃,该条件下植物甾醇提取量为2.714 9 mg/g。该工艺可为玉竹的综合利用提供科学依据和技术支持。

摘 要:
The ultrasonic assisted method was used to extract phytosterol from Polygonatum odoratum(Mill.) Druce. With single factor experiment and orthogonal test, the extraction solvent, material-liquid ratio, ultrasonic extraction time, ultrasonic extraction temperature were selected as experiment factors. The results showed that the optimal conditions of extracting phytosterol from Polygonatum odoratum(Mill.) Druce was solvent of acetic ether, the material-liquid ratio of 1∶40(g∶m L), ultrasonic extraction time of 50 min, ultrasonic extraction temperature of 45 ℃. Under these conditions, the extraction content of phytosterol was 2.714 9 mg/g. The method would provide scientific basis and technical support for the comprehensive utilization of Polygonatum odoratum(Mill.) Druce.
