重庆市垫江县农村妇女营养健康状况调查分析

摘  要：
为了解重庆市农村妇女营养健康状况,按整群随机抽样原则,对重庆市垫江县农村妇女进行随机抽样调查分析,结果发现:农村妇女的文化水平普遍偏低,所依赖的医疗保障多数是享受新农合医疗保障;调研的人群中患有慢性胃病的占12.39%、痛风占7.96%;妇科疾病方面,发生率居前5位的症状是:阴道分泌物增加、下腹不适、月经不规律、乳腺疼痛、两侧乳房不对称。农村女性的营养健康状况令人担忧,应关注农村妇女群体,并加强对不同时期女性的生殖健康知识教育。

摘  要：
In order to understand the nutrition and health condition of rural women in Dianjiang town of Chongqing province,we selected the women by the principles of Cluster Random Sampling. Results showed that rural women's cultural level was generally low,and their health care was mostly guaranteed by the new rural cooperative medical care. People who had chronic stomach disease and gout accounted for 12. 39% and 7. 96% respectively. The top five symptoms of incidence rate of gynecological diseases were increased vaginal discharge,abdominal discomfort,irregular menstruation,breast pain,breast asymmetry on both sides. Rural women's physical health was worrying and we must pay more attention to them and strengthen the education of reproductive health knowledge for women in diffrent periods.
