摘 要：
在非连续累计定量包装秤设计中如何选择喂料器,对提高定量包装秤的准确度至关重要.皮带喂料器、螺旋喂料器和重力喂料器具有不同的特点,研究结果表明:配用重力喂料器的定量包装秤,选择组合喂料器,明显提高称量精度,如饲料计量8包/min(15 kg/包),精度为10 g;大米8~10包/min(49 kg)精度为0.06%,7包/min为0.02%,比设计指标提高了10倍.
