摘 要：
Urban water and soil loss caused by the rapid development of urbanization has become more and more serious.It was opposite to the urban eco-environmental construction,the urban social-economic development and the pursuit of urban citizens' living quality.The authors analyze the mechanism of water and soil loss,explore the connotation of urban water and soil concorcation,propose the protection guidelines and countermeasures,which,in turn,construct the eco-system health dimensions that urban water and soil conservation pursues and multi-effect aggregation of urban water and soil conservation.Finally,taking Luquan as a case,the eco-construction practices of urban water and soil conservation are discussed.
