摘 要:
中国的节庆饮食文化源远流长,蕴涵丰富,既传承了人们在几千年历史中积累的大量饮食生活的智慧,又影响着现代人的饮食消费选择,发挥着营养补给与社会交流等多重功能,随着社会的发展和节庆饮食消费功能的转变,节庆饮食文化中的个别层面正成为居民膳食结构优化转型的障碍。分析我国节庆饮食文化的特征,检视传统节庆饮食功能的变迁,有助于促进对传统节庆饮食文化的辨证继承,进而以现代营养科学为指导构建充满活力、更加健康的中国节庆饮食文化体系。

摘 要:
Chinese festival food culture has a long history and rich meanings. It inherits a great deal of Chinese wisdom about food life accumulated by people in practice,and further guides the people's behavior today. It plays multiple functions such as physiological health and social communication in residents' life. But,with the development of society,especially economic,some aspects of festival food culture are becoming obstacles to the modernization of Chinese residents' diet structure,such as high sugar,more energy and so on. By analyzing the characteristics and functions of Chinese festive food culture,and examining the changes in traditional festive food from the perspective of keeping up with the times,it is helpful us to promote the reasonable inheritance to traditional festive food culture and build a more vigorous and healthy Chinese festive food system with the guidance of modern nutrition science.
