摘要：

林业企业多元化经营战略的实施是中国改革开放和实施天保工程的产物,是中国由计划经济向市场经济过渡时期产生的,是林业企业经营战略的进化。为了进一步探讨林业企业多元化经营战略,以Z国有林区林业企业为研究对象,针对其多元化经营战略实施中的业务进行分析,找出多元化经营战略在实施中的存在问题,并提出相应策略以供参考。

摘要：

The implementation of diversified strategies in Chinas forestry enterprises is the product of reform and opening-up and natural forest protection program.Also it is the transition from planned economy to market economy.More important,it is the evolution of management strategy in forestry enterprise.In order to further explore the diversified strategies of forestry enterprise in China,this paper takes Forestry Administration as a study subject and analyzes its diversified strategies,and then finds the problems of diversified strategies and proposes the corresponding strategies.
