猪圆环病毒Ⅱ型核酸诊断方法的建立和初步应用

摘  要：
根据Genebank上已发表的猪圆环病毒Ⅱ型(PCV-2)序列设计1对引物PL1/PL2,通过对反应条件的优化,建立了有效的猪圆环病毒Ⅱ型的PCR诊断方法,并对沪郊1株PCV-2分离毒进行了检测和测序鉴定,结果显示此株分离毒为PCV-2病毒。结果显示:新建立的PCV-2的PCR诊断方法具有快速、准确等优点。

摘  要：
A pair of primers PL1PL2 was designed according to the sequences of PCV-2 strain registered by the genebank.A method of effectively detecting PCV2 was established through optimizing reaction conditions.The application of this method to detecting and sequencing the PCV-2 isolate from Shanghai suburbs showed that established PCR method had such advantages as rapidity and precision.
