滴水观音的快繁技术研究

摘  要:
采用滴水观音休眠芽为外植体,进行组培快繁技术体系研究。结果表明:诱导愈伤组织的最佳培养基配方为MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L,且上表面切除0.1~0.3 cm有利于愈伤组织形成;最佳不定芽增殖培养基为MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L+香蕉泥80 g/L;且下表面切除0.1~0.2 cm有利于愈伤组织增殖与分化;最佳生根培养基1/2MS+NAA 1.0 mg/L+6-BA 0.01 mg/L。

摘  要:
In this article,the rapid propagation technology system of Alocasia macrorrhiza tissue was studied with dormancy bud as material.The results showed that MS+6-BA 1.0mg/L +NAA 0.1 mg/L medium could induce variabile callus better than general methods,and cuting 0.1~0.3cm from up the surface of the material help variabilis callus proliferation and differentiation;MS+6-BA 2.0mg/L +NAA 0.1mg/L + banana mash 80g/L medium had the optimal effect on shoot reproduction;1/2MS+NAA 1.0mg/L+ 6-BA 0.01mg/L medium had the optimal effect on roots,and cutting the bottom surface of the materials by 0.1~0.2cm was conducive to variabilis callus proliferation and differentiation.
