海绵城市建设PPP模式的SWOT分析

摘  要：
PPP模式融入海绵城市建设能够提高项目的建设效率,拓宽项目的融资路径,为推广海绵城市建设及促进城市生态文明发展提供了新路径。基于我国海绵城市建设PPP模式项目的实施运营现状和优劣势等进行分析,通过SWOT方法识别影响海绵城市PPP模式发展的主要因素,并提出推广海绵城市建设中应用PPP模式的建议。

摘  要：
The integration of the PPP model into Sponge City construction can improve the construction efficiency of the project, broaden the financing path of the project, and provide a new path for the promotion of Sponge City construction and the development of urban ecological civilization. Based on the analysis of the status quo, advantages and disadvantages of the implementation and operation of Sponge City PPP model construction in China, the SWOT method is used to identify the main factors that affect the development of the Sponge City PPP model, and suggestions for the promotion of the PPP model application in Sponge City construction are proposed.
