TDZ在天师栗愈伤组织诱导中的应用

摘  要:
在离体条件下,利用含有TDZ和2,4-D的培养基通过暗培养和光照培养进行了天师栗愈伤组织诱导条件的研究,结果表明:①在含有TDZ和2,4-D培养基上,取用天师栗的幼嫩叶片比叶柄诱导愈伤组织的褐变率低12.1%,②利用天师栗幼嫩叶片进行诱导愈伤组织的适宜培养基为MS+2,4-D 0.5~1.5 mg/L+TDZ 0.05~1.0 mg/L。

摘  要:
Study on induction condition of Aesculus wilsonii callus was carried out in vitro with dark and light culture by use of the medium containing TDZ and 2,4-D.The results indicated that the rate of brown stain of callus from young blade was lower by 12.1% than that from leaf stalk.The better medium for callus induction with blade was MS+ 2,4-D0.5~1.5mg/L+TDZ 0.05 ~ 1.0mg/L.
