辽人崇佛,以"寺田"为核心要素的寺院经济非常发达。辽代寺院田地的来源,大致有继承、捐施和购买三种渠道;寺田的捐施、购买、占有、继承以及争端等,都有相关的法律文书,并刻石为证;寺田上的耕耘者,确为双重纳税的寺庄"二税户";寺田和寺院园林中,种植着契丹辽地特有的各种粮蔬与果木;寺田"产品"的盈余,还催生了僧人的放贷经营活动,使辽代的寺院经济呈现多元化趋势。

摘  要：
People of the Liao Dynasty believed in Buddhism.The temple Economy with the core elements to the temple land highly developed.The source of the temple land of the Liao Dynasty roughly had three channels including inheritance,donation and purchase.The donation,purchase,possession,inheritance and dispute of the temple land had also related legal instruments and the legal instruments were cut in stone as evidence.The cultivators of the temple land were indeed "two kinds of tax account" of the double taxation of the temple manor.In the temple land and the temple garden,they planted with various the unique grains,vegetables and fruit of the Khitan Liao Dynasty around.The surplus products in the temple land also expedited lending business activities of the Monks,this made the temple economy of the Liao Dynasty presented trend of diversification.
