摘  要：
推动一批高水平大学和学科进入世界一流行列或前列,是党和国家高屋建瓴的重要举措,是实现中华民族伟大复兴的重要"催化剂"和强大的"发动机"。建设中国特色"双一流大学",需要弘扬以爱国主义为核心的民族精神,以改革创新为核心的时代精神,设置一流的办学目标,遵循爱党爱国爱社会主义原则、世界性原则、中国特色性原则、借鉴性原则及辩证性原则,加强与世界一流大学和学术机构的交流与合作,打造高品质的师资队伍,培养一流的人才,为人民服务,为中国共产党治国理政服务,为巩固和发展中国特色社会主义制度服务,为改革开放和社会主义现代化建设服务。

摘  要：
Promoting a number of high-level universities and disciplines into the forefront of the world is an important measure of China and the Communist Party of China, and it is an important ′catalyst′ and powerful ′motor′ for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. To build ′double first-class university′ with Chinese characteristics, it is necessary to promote the national spirit with patriotism as the core, the spirit of the times with reform and innovation as the core, set top-rank educational goals, and follow the principles of loyalty to the CPC, China and socialism, the universal principles, the principles of Chinese characteristics, the principles of reference and the principles of dialectics, strengthen communication and cooperation with world-class universities and academic institutions, build high-quality teaching staff, cultivate first-rate personnel, serve the people, serve the CPC in governance, serve the consolidation and development of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics, serve reform and opening up and socialist modernization.
