摘 要：
为探讨中药复方止痢灵的止泻药效,试验采用离体肠平滑肌动力试验、体外抑菌试验等探讨中药复方止痢灵对正常家兔离体十二指肠、空肠和回肠收缩功能的影响,以及对致病菌的抑制效果。结果表明:中药复方止痢灵对兔正常离体各肠段收缩运动有不同程度的降低作用,使其收缩幅度降低,收缩频率减小;对金黄色葡萄球菌、沙门杆菌、大肠杆菌最低抑菌浓度分别为12.5,50,100 mg/mL。说明中药复方止痢灵能够通过降低肠道的运动性以及抑制细菌生长等发挥止泻作用。

摘 要：
To investigate the antidiarrheal effect of Chinese herbal compound Zhililing,the power test for isolated intestinal smooth muscle,in vitro antibacterial test and other tests were used to study the effects of Chinese herbal compound Zhililing on the contraction function of the isolated duodenum,jejunum and ileum in normal rabbits,as well as the inhibition effect of the pathogens.The results showed that the Chinese herbal compound Zhililing had effect on the contraction movement in each intestinal segment with different degrees of decrease,causing decreases in the contraction amplitude and frequency.The minimum inhibitory concentrations of Zhililing against Staphylococcus aureus,Salmonella,and Escherichia coli were 12.5 mg / mL,50 mg / mL and 100 mg / mL,respectively.The results indicate that the Chinese herbal compound Zhililing can play a role in diarrhea by reducing intestinal motility and inhibiting bacterial growth.
