棱柄马鞍菌子实体的化学成分研究

摘要：

采用多种色谱方法和现代光谱技术对棱柄马鞍菌Helvella lacunosa子实体的化学成分进行分离纯化,得到11个化合物,并进行了结构鉴定,分别是麦角甾-5,22-二烯-3β-醇(1)、麦角甾醇-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(2)、麦角甾醇(3)、麦角甾醇过氧化物(4)、苯甲酸(5)、3,7-二甲基-正辛基3α醇-1-苯甲酸酯(6)、腺嘌呤核苷酸(7)、尿嘧啶(8)、甘露醇(9)、Withaferin A(10)、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(11)。所有化合物均为首次从棱柄马鞍菌子实体中分离得到。

摘要：

Eleven compounds were isolated and purified from the dried fruiting bodies of Helvella lacunosa using a variety of methods of chromatography,and their structures were identified with spectral methods as ergosta-5,22- dien- 3β- ol( 1),estigmasterol- 3- O- β- D- glicopiranosídeo( 2),ergosterol( 3),ergosterol peroxide( 4),benzoic acid( 5),3,7-Dimethyl-n-octan-3α-ol-1-yl-benzoate( 6),Adenosine( 7),uracil( 8),D- mannitol( 9),Withaferin A( 10),Dibutyl phthalate( 11). All the compounds are firstly isolated from the mushroom.
