气候治理的“吉登斯悖论”及我国化解对策

摘要：

气候治理问题一直是我国环境治理中非常重要的一项内容,但气候治理中存在着"吉登斯悖论",在个人层面、国际层面、国内层面均有不同的表现形式。在建设美丽中国的大背景下,通过将"政治敛合"、"经济敛合"融入政策制定和实施过程,扩大公众的政治参与力度,凸显国家在气候治理中的主导地位三个方面,探讨了我国有效化解"吉登斯悖论"的途径,以期为我国气候治理提供参考。

摘要：

The issue of climate governance has always been a very important part of China′s environmental governance, but there is a ′Giddens Paradox′ in climate governance, which has different manifestations at the individual level, international level and domestic level. In the context of building a beautiful China, this paper explores the ways to effectively resolve the ′Giddens Paradox′ from 3 aspects: integrating′ ′political convergence′ and ′economic convergence′ into the process of policy formulation and implementation, expanding public political participation and highlighting the country′s dominant position in climate governance. On this basis, this paper hopes to provide reference for climate governance in China.
