2011年河南副猪嗜血杆菌分离株的ERIC-PCR指纹图谱分析

摘  要：
为了解2011年河南省猪场副猪嗜血杆菌的分子流行病学特征,本试验应用ERIC—PCR技术结合SPSS统计学软件,对分离自河南省11个地市的19株副猪嗜血杆菌地方分离株进行指纹图谱分析。结果显示,19株分离株共有11个基因型,产生4种不同的指纹图谱,其中指纹图谱1菌群为相对优势群,而相对优势基因型为1,3,5,19,11,13菌株和16菌株的基因型。此外,大多相同血清型的分离株具有较为相近的分子指纹聚类。新乡市的7、8、9、10、13菌株分别属于4个指纹图谱,提示该地区副猪嗜血杆菌具有更为复杂的多态性。从而提示副猪嗜血杆菌在河南省广泛存在并具有多种不同的基因型。

摘  要：
In order io investigate the molecular epidemiology of Haemophilus parasuis from different areas of Henan in 2011,the ERIC PCR and SPSS were applied to analyze the DNA fingerprinting of 19 isolates from 11 regions in the present study.The results showed that 19 isolates were classified into 4 clusters,one of which was the relative dominant bacterium group,consisting the genotype of 1,3,5,11,13,16,19 isolates.Besides,most of the different serotype of isolates shared close molecular fingerprint cluster.The isolates of 7,8,9,10.13 from Xinxiang county were classified into 4 clusters respectively,which suggested the H.parasuis had more complicated polymorphism.The results indicated that H.parasuis has existed widely in Henan province with many different genotypes.
