马铃薯带毒种薯生理变化的研究

摘  要:
本文研究了萌芽期间的带毒种薯和无毒种薯在超弱发光强度、过氧化物酶同功酶活性、细胞色素氧化酶活性、碳氮代谢等方面的生理变化以及植株生育和块茎形成等指标。结果表明,带毒种薯和无毒种薯对上述生理指标具有显著或极显著的差异,带毒种薯在生产能力上表现了显著的弱势。在高温贮藏条件下,带毒种薯和无毒种薯的上述差异更为明显。可见种薯萌芽期的生理变化对病毒的感应十分敏感,因此根据种薯生理变化进行病毒的早期鉴定和优质种薯的选择也许是可行的。

摘  要:
The physiological changes in the ultra-low luminescent intensity, the activity of peroxidase, isoenzyme and cytochrome oxidase, and the carbon-nitrogen metabolism in the sprouting period as weel as their subsequent effects on plant-growth and tuberization were studied in virus-infested and virus-free potato seed tubers. The results indicated that there were significant or very significant differences in physiological indices between virus-infested and virus-free seed tubers, thus demonstrating a possibility of an early physiological diagnosis and selection of quality seed tubers.
