摘  要:
采用静置开放式培养法研究了碳源、氮源、盐度、金属离子对菌株Bjerkandera sp.XX-4降解苯胺蓝的影响。结果表明,菌株脱色最适合降解条件为丙二酸8 g/L,氨基乙酸1.6 g/L,Pb2+0.2 mmoL/L,在上述各培养条件下,对浓度为100 mg/L不灭菌的苯胺蓝溶液静止培养5 d,脱色率达90%以上。

摘  要:
Impacts of carbon source,nitrogen source,salinity,metal ions on the degradation of Bjerkandera sp.XX-4 to Aniline Blue was studied by using static open incubation method.The results showed that the optimum degradation conditions for strain decolorization were malonic acid 8 g/L,aminoacetic acid 1.6 g/L and Pb2+ 0.2 mmol/L.Under the optimum conditions described above,the decolorization rate of aniline blue could reach over 90% when static incubation of aniline blue solution with concentration of 100 mg/L for five days.
