213例Ⅰ类切口手术围手术期预防性应用抗菌药物调查分析

摘 要：
目的评价Ⅰ类切口手术围手术期预防性应用抗菌药物的合理性。方法采用回顾性方法,213例Ⅰ类切口手术患者的抗菌药物选择、联合用药、用药时机、用药疗程等指标进行统计分析。结果 213例患者抗菌药物使用率达100%。预防用药时机不合理145例,占68.08%;预防用药疗程超过48h的205例,占96.24%。预防性应用抗菌药物共涉及8类12种,应用频次排名前3位的依次为头孢呋辛80例、氨曲南55例、头孢孟多23例;单一用药198例(92.96%),二联用药15例(7.04%)。结论Ⅰ类切口手术围术期预防性应用抗菌药物存在较多问题,应进一步规范围手术期预防性使用抗菌药物的临床应用。

摘 要：
Objective To evaluate the perioperative prophylactic application of antibiotics in typeⅠincision operation.Methods By retrospective analysis,the choice of antibacterial drugs,combined medication,medication time and medication duration in typeⅠincision operation from July to October 2011 were analyzed statistically.Results In 213 patients,the use rate of antibacterial drugs was 100%.unreasonable prevention of medication timing existed in 145 cases(68.08%),over 48 h medication period was 205 cases(96.24%).8 categories and 12 kinds of antibiotics were used in the typeⅠincision operation.The first 3 drugs were cefuroxime(80times),aztreonam(55times),cefamandole(23times).198 cases received single administration of antibiotics(92.96%)and 15 cases with combined antibiotics(7.04%).Conclusions There were many problems on antibiotics used in type Ⅰ of operative incision during perioperative period.It is required to enforce the standardized management for clinical application of prophylactic antibiotics.
