气体成分对板栗简易气调贮藏效果的影响

摘  要:
以信阳板栗为材料,在贮藏期内,通过对简易气调冷藏板栗定期测定氧和二氧化碳浓度,并分析气体成分与板栗贮藏5个月时好果率的关系,结果表明氧平均浓度在9.5%~17%范围内与板栗贮藏5个月的好果率呈显著的正相关。控制氧浓度为17%左右,二氧化碳浓度在4.5%左右,可使信阳板栗贮藏5个月的好果率大于95%。

摘  要:
It was very difficult to control the concentration of O2 and CO2 at 3%~5% and 2%~6% respectively in freshness-keeping of chestnuts unless under the condition of Controlled Atmosphere. Based by determining the concentration of O2 and CO2 and analyzing the freshness-keeping results over three years, it was proved that O2 concentration in the range of 9.5%~ 17% had a positive correlation with the percentage of good nut stored 5 months at the temperature of 0℃±1℃. The most suitable concentrations of O2 and CO2 were about 17% and 4.5%, respectively. And a simple and feasible storage method for chestnuts produced in Xinyang, Henan Province,at 0℃±1℃ was set up,by which the percentage of good nuts would be higher than 95% after 5 month storage.
