公共图书馆在人口城市化进程中的发展策略研究

摘  要：
随着中国城乡一体化改革的不断深化,原有的城乡格局被打破,农村转移人口的文化需求日渐增长,原有的公共图书馆资源无法满足这部分新增读者的阅读需求,公共图书馆的发展现状令人堪忧。文章分析了公共图书馆在人口城市化进程中发展滞后的原因,研究制定符合人口城市化需求的发展策略,为公共图书馆的转型发展提供解决方案。

摘  要：
With the deepening of the reform of urban and rural integration, the existing pattern of urban and rural has been broken. Due to the growing cultural needs of rural migrant population, the original public library resource can not meet this part of new readers' reading needs. The development situation of public library has been very worrying. This paper analyzed the reasons for the sluggish development of public libraries in the process of population urbanization, and studied the development strategy to meet the demands of population urbanization, so as to provide the solution for the transformation and development of public library.
