猪毛蒿粗提物与Bt混配对菜青虫毒力的增效作用

摘 要:
选取菜青虫幼虫,用浸叶法测定了猪毛蒿粗提物与Bt混配的增效作用,实验表明,猪毛蒿与Bt按等毒剂量的质量比1∶8.88(按每克1.5亿活孢子数计)配比时增效作用最明显,供试昆虫72h的死亡率达到76.3%,共毒系数为208.4。

摘 要:
With soak way, the synergic effects of crude extraction of Artemisia s coparia mixed with bacillus thringiensis was tested against cabbage butterfly la rvae. Result approved:When crude extraction of Artemisia scoparia mixed with bac illus thringiensis as 1∶8.8(according to 1.5×109spores)in the light of equal t oxicity dosage,mass ratio,the synergic effects was most marked,whose co-toxcity coefficient was 208.4;After 72 hr,cabbage butterfly larvae,s death ratio reached 76.3%.
