街区绿地用转盘式泊车位的设计

摘  要:
针对大中城市车多地少,停车难的问题,设计开发了街区、绿地用转盘式泊车位。根据可利用空间大小,该停车位设计为8~24车位不同规格。停车位采取单体焊接钢架结构,对接组装成环形盘体。转盘在动力拖动下,以每5s移动1个车位的速度旋转,并采用PLC控制技术对转盘启动、停转、定位等进行自动控制。任意选定的车位可经引桥通道进、出车辆。该停车位有泊车盘体,旋转轨道和滚轮,拨转机构和导向装置,进、出车辆引桥架以及组态触摸屏系统等组成。试验结果表明:转盘起、停响应时间迅速,滚轮滑移率低,停位准确,符合相关标准要求。泊车位结构设计合理、运行安全可靠、使用便捷,适合城市街区、绿地等场合,对解决停车困难问题有着现实的作用。

摘  要:
Being aimed at the problem of more cars and less parking ground in large and medium- sized cities as well as serious parking problems,rotary parking spaces in blocks were studied in this research. According to the size of the available space,there are the 8- 24 parking space design for different specifications. Parking Spaces apply to monomer welding steel structure and the docking assembly into annular plate body. Rotating disc under dynamic drag moves a car in the speed of every 5 seconds and with the application of PLC,the wheel may start up,stall,position to achieve automatic control. Any parking space can be selected by the approach of channel for the vehicle in and out. The parking space consists of the following parts: plate body,orbit and roller,rolling institutions and guide in and out of the parking ramp bridge frame,and the configuration system,etc. Test results have shown that the rotating disc,stalling the reaction time is short,wheel slip rate is low,with the accuracy of the rotary parking complies with relevant standards. Equipment designs are of reasonable structure,safe operation and easy to use function,and it is suitable for city blocks and comprehensive utilization of green space. Therefore,rotary parking spaces design is capable of meeting the parking need with practical significance.
