柞蚕害虫螽斯的防治药剂筛选和颗粒饵剂的防效试验

摘  要:
螽斯是严重危害柞蚕的害虫之一。为寻找高效、环保的害虫防治药剂,采用夹毒叶片法测定6种杀虫剂对响叫螽斯(Gampsoleis grafiosa Brunner)的室内毒力,并优选其一制成颗粒饵剂进行室内及蚕场防效试验。室内毒力测定结果表明6种杀虫剂均能杀灭响叫螽斯成虫,伊维菌素、茚虫威、氟虫腈、氰戊菊酯、吡虫啉、乙酰甲胺磷对响叫螽斯成虫的72 h LD50值依次为0.086 8、0.416 1、0.824 2、1.490 3、2.575 3、5.963 1μg/g。综合杀虫剂对害虫的毒力及防治成本,选择乙酰甲胺磷研制成有效成分质量分数为0.50%的颗粒饵剂。施用后48 h此颗粒饵剂对响叫螽斯成虫的室内防治效果为95.55%;应用于野外柞蚕场对多种螽斯害虫的防治效果可达90%以上,持效期达到9 d,施用量比现行防治药剂2%乙酰甲胺磷粉剂减少75%。试验结果提示:用该新型乙酰甲胺磷颗粒饵剂防治柞蚕害虫螽斯,具有防效高、持效期长和施药方法简便等特点,并可减少因大量使用杀虫剂给环境造成的污染。

摘  要:
Katydid is one of the pests causing serious damage to tussah silkworm.To seek efficient and environmentfriendly pest control agent,the toxicity of 6 kinds of insecticides to Gampsoleis grafiosa Brunner was investigated indoor by leaf sandwich method,and the indoor and field control efficacy trials were conducted by using tablet bait made of preferred insecticide.Indoor toxicity determination indicated that all the six insecticides showed high killing activity on adults of G.grafiosa.The 72 h LD50 values of ivermectin,indoxacarb,fipronil,fenvalerate,imidacloprid,and acephate were 0.086 8,0.416 1,0.824 2,1.490 3,2.575 3 and 5.963 1 μg /g,respectively.Acephate was chosen to make0.50% tablet bait in consideration of toxicity and cost.The indoor control effect of this bait on G.grafiosa adults was95.55% at 48 h after application,and the field control effect of this bait on various katydids achieved over 90% with duration of up to 9 d.Application amount of the tablet bait reduced by 75% compared with current insecticide 2% acephate powder.The above results indicated that the new acephate tablet bait has high control effect,long valid duration and is easy in application,which facilitates reduced pollution to environment from massive use of insecticides.
