马铃薯淀粉加工废水导热系数的测定装置设计

摘  要:
针对马铃薯淀粉加工废水导热系数快速测定的需要,采用瞬态比较法,使用虚拟仪器设计的设计思路,设计一台基于PC机的液体导热系数测定仪。具体的内容包括虚拟仪器硬件部分恒流源、V-F转换器设计计算,软件平台的声音采集程序、数据分析比较程序。在25℃的水浴加热条件下,仪器内装的被测液体温度变化通过一系列转变变成频率随时间的变化形式,通过PC机中的软件进行采集分析,准确快速得到液体导热系数。

摘  要:
In order to quickly measure the thermal conductivity of potato starch processing wastewater, using transient method, the use of the design concept of the virtual instrument design, design a PC-based liquid thermal conductivity detector. Specific content, including virtual instrument hardware part of the power supply, cross-flow source, the VF converter design calculations, the software platform for the voice of collection procedures, data analysis program. Into frequency variations over time in the 25℃ water bath heating conditions, the measured liquid temperature of the instrument built through a series of changes in acquisition and analysis software in the PC, quickly and accurately get the liquid thermal conductivity.
