半穿网络水凝胶防污树脂的制备及性能研究

摘  要:
通过自由基聚合反应制备丙烯酸锌树脂(交联聚合物1),随后通过逐步聚合反应制备线型有机硅树脂(线型聚合物2),最终制备了丙烯酸锌/有机硅半穿网络水凝胶树脂。通过DSC表征了树脂的热性能,通过SEM表征了树脂的表面形态,通过重量法表征了树脂的溶胀率和抛光速率,通过浅海挂板证实了树脂优秀的防污性能。

摘  要:
Zinc acrylate(Crosslinking polymer 1) was prepared by radical polymerization, followed by the stepwise polymerization to prepare linear silicone resin(Linear polymer 2). Finally, zinc acrylate/silicone semiinterpenetrated network(Semi-IPN) hydrogel Resin. The thermal property of the resin was characterized by DSC, the surface morphology of the resin was characterized by SEM, the swelling rate and the polishing rate of resin was characterized by gravimetric method. The excellent antifouling performance of the resin was con-firmed by the shallow sea plate.
