3种楸树1年生苗木叶片光合速率和光合功能的垂直梯度变化

摘  要:
对楸树、灰楸、滇楸3个树种1年生嫁接苗的净光合速率、叶面积和比叶重的垂直变化进行了测定,以探讨光合速率与苗木生长的关系。结果表明,楸树、灰楸、滇楸的净光合速率、叶面积和比叶重的垂直变化趋势基本相似,但树种之间的波动幅度上存在着差异,灰楸的总体光合速率较低,滇楸前期叶面积增加速度明显大于楸树和灰楸,而后期下降趋势明显低于楸树和灰楸,且下部叶片能维持较高的光合速率,最末叶序的比叶重都比刚展叶时的比叶重高。苗高生长量与除比叶重外的4个指标呈极显著正相关,光合指标与5个指标都呈极显著正相关。

摘  要:
In order to investigate the relationship between photosynthetic rate and seedling growth,tests on net photosynthesis rate,leaf area and specific leaf weight of vertical changes was made for 3 kinds of Catalpa grafting seedlings,namely,Catalpa bungei,C. fargesii,C. duclouxii dode. The results showed that there were similar changing tendencies on the net photosynthesis rate,leaf area and specific leaf weight of vertical changes of these 3tree seedlings,but there were different change ranges among tree species. Total photosynthetic rate of fargesii was low,while the increasing speed of early leaf area of C. duclouxii dode was larger than C. bungei and C. fargesii,and the later period declining trend was significantly lower than C. bungei and C. fargesii. The lower leaves could maintain higher photosynthetic rate,and the leaf weight of the phyllotaxis' end was higher the that of its newly opening. Except of the leaf weight,indicators of seedling growth had significantly positive correlations with the other four indicators,and the photosynthetic indicators had significantly positive correlation with all five indicators.
