运输时间对沂蒙黑山羊生理指标的影响

摘  要:
试验旨在研究运输时间对沂蒙黑山羊生理指标的影响,探求合理的运输方式。选用24月龄体重在30 kg左右的成年沂蒙黑山羊45只,随机分成3组,每组设3个重复,每个重复5只。采用短时间(运输1 h)、中等时间(运输3 h)、长时间(运输5 h)3种运输时间运输沂蒙黑山羊,分析其血液常规指标和生化指标的变化。结果表明:运输5 h组中皮质醇、促肾上腺皮质激素浓度和乳酸脱氢酶活性显著高于运输1和3 h组(P<0.05);运输3 h组中乳酸含量和肌酸激酶活性显著低于运输1和5 h组(P<0.05);血糖浓度随运输时间的延长显著降低(P<0.05)。运输3 h组中红细胞数、白细胞数、血红蛋白含量、中性粒细胞百分率和红细胞压积显著低于运输1和5 h组(P<0.05);运输5 h组中的平均红细胞血红蛋白含量显著低于运输1 h组(P<0.05);运输3 h组淋巴细胞百分率却显著高于运输1和5 h组(P<0.05),其他指标差异不显著(P>0.05)。以上研究结果说明采用中等运输时间(运输3 h)运输沂蒙黑山羊,可最大程度地减少应激。

摘  要:
To study the effects of transport time on physiological index of Yimeng black goat and explore the reasonable mode of transportation,an experiment was conducted using a total of 45 24-month-old and 30 kg-weight Yimeng black goats to analysis of the change of blood routine and biochemical indicators with three transport time,such as the short time 1 h,medium time 3 h and the long time 5 h. Goats were randomly divided into 3 treatments( 15 for each treatment,5 for each replicate). The results showed that the concentration of cortisol,ACTH and the activity of LDH enzymatic from 5 h transport were higher significantly than those transported for shorter time( 1 and 3 h; P <0. 05). Lactate concentration and CK activity were lower significantly from 3 h transport group compared with the short( 1 h) or long time( 5 h) transport groups( P < 0. 05). And blood glucose decreased concentration significantly as transport time increased( P < 0. 05). The goats from the 3 h transport group had significantly lower RBC,WBC,HGB,GRAN % and HCT compared with the short( 1 h) or long time( 5 h) transport groups( P < 0. 05),while theirs LYM % were higher significantly than those transport groups( 1 and 5 h,P < 0. 05).MCH were lower from transport 5 h group significantly than transport 1 h group( P < 0. 05) and other indicators had no significant difference( P > 0. 05). Using the medium transport time( 3 h) can minimize the stress of Yimeng goats through comprehensive analysis of experiment results.
