赤霉素和土壤基质对猴腿蹄盖蕨发育过程的影响

摘  要:
采用显微摄影技术观察记录孢子萌发至形成幼苗的过程,研究了赤霉素(GA3)和土壤基质对孢子萌发成苗的影响。结果表明:孢子从片状体发育形成原叶体阶段开始需要外界提供充足的养分,原叶体发育成苗阶段需要充足的水分,以利于受精卵的形成。外源施加GA3可以使孢子萌发时间至少提前2 d,质量浓度为10 mg/L的GA3促进孢子萌发效果最好。用草炭土、黑土、细砂、混合土[V(草炭土)∶V(黑土)=1∶1]4种土壤基质培育孢子,草炭土为最佳基质,最大成苗率达56%。

摘  要:
Athyrium multidentatum(Dol.) is a plant which can be used as food and medical herb.In order to conserve the resource and realize plentiful artificial breeding,the development of Athyrium multidentatum(Dol.) was observed under microscope,and the effects of culture media and GA3 on spore germination were studied.The results showed that enough nutrient was requisite when the prothallial plates developed into prothalli and enough water needed to be supplied when the prothalli developed into seedling.When the GA3 was used,spore germination time would reduce by 2 days at least.10 mg/L GA3 was best for speeding up spore germination.The spores grew in four types of culture soils,and the maximum rate of becoming seedling was obtained in the peaty soil,up to 56%.
