摘 要：
动物油渣是屠宰、分割可食用动物组织过程中获得的含脂肪部分,提炼其油脂后得到的固体残渣,经粉碎处理后的产品。其营养价值较高,在畜禽养殖业中应用较为普遍,但由于其来源复杂、品质不稳定且易传播疾病等特点,给畜牧业生产和人类健康带来很大的安全隐患。因此,加强对动物油渣饲料的生产及质量安全控制意义重大。文章介绍了动物油渣加工技术及质量控制要点。

摘 要：
The animal soil in animal edible tissue is part of the slaughter segmentation, the solid residue obtained after refining the oil to get crushed by the process. Its high nutritional value, is widely used in animal husbandry, but due to the characteristics of complex sources, the quality is not stable and easy to spread the disease, bring great hidden trouble of safety of livestock production and human health. Therefore, to strengthen the safety of animal feed after the production of oil and the quality control is great significance. This paper introduced the processing technology of animal oil and quality control points.
