摘  要:
利用制浆备料废弃竹屑与高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)生产竹塑复合材料,竹屑、塑料、助剂的比例分别为70%:25%:5%,不仅能够满足工艺条件,而且产品通过测试,其线膨胀性率变化规律均为:厚度方向>宽度方向>长度方向,产品其它指标经检测,均能满足用户在室内外的装饰装修用,可实现竹材加工企业对废弃物竹屑的变废为宝,发展循环经济.

摘  要:
Bamboo wastes from pulping materials were used in combination with high density Polyethylene(HDPE) to produce bamboo-plastic composite.The proportions of the bamboo waste,HDPE,and additive were 70%,25%,and 5%,respectively.The final product met the process condition and had the following change regularity of linear expansivity: height(thickness)>width>length.Other tested indexes were all satisfactory for indoor or outdoor decoration.Thus,bamboo wastes could be changed into valuable materials for those bamboo processing enterprises to develop circular economy.
