代谢工程在异亮氨酸生产中的应用研究进展

摘  要:
微生物生物合成特定氨基酸的能力,取决于人们对目标氨基酸代谢途径的了解及调控。该文概述了代谢工程在L-异亮氨酸生产中的应用进展,分别从代谢途径分析、切断分支代谢流、增加前体物质和限速酶基因以及消除途径抑制因素等方面论述代谢工程在L-异亮氨酸生产方面的研究状况。

摘  要:
The ability of microbial biosynthesis amino acid depends on how people understand and regulate the metabolic way of the target amino acid.This article provides an overview on the application of metabolic engineering in L-isoleucine production.Methods such as metabolism ways analysis,cutting the branches of metabolic flow,increasing the precursor material and speed-limited gene,and elimination the inhibition factors on the metabolic pathway etc.were introduced and their applications for enhancement the yield of L-isoleucine were surveyed.
