双核丝核菌的菌丝融合分类

摘  要:
本研究采用菌丝融合分类法将分离和收集到的71个双核丝核菌分为7个菌丝融合群,CAG1—CAG7。这7个菌丝融合群与日本Ogoshi等人的有关研究相比较,分别等同于他们的AGD、AGBa、AGA、AGG、AGB(O)、AGK和AGF。用土壤覆盖培养法诱导了CAG5的6个分离物在室内产生有性世代,测定结果表明它们皆属于Ceratobasidium cornigerum。各融合群分离物的形态、生理和分类学问题作了分析和讨论。

摘  要:
Seventy-one isolates,identified as binucleate Rhizoctonta,wereassigned to 7 Ceratobasidium Anastomosis Groups (CAG1-CAG7),pairingwith Ogoshi's(1979 and 1983)AGA to AGK tester isolates,CAGl—CAG 7isolates were anastomosed with AGD,AGBa,AGA,AGG,AGB(O),AGKand AGF isolates respectively.Six isolstes were induced to sporulateand identified as Ceratobasidium conrnigerum.The biologic and taxo-nomic implicatiens of each anastomosis group are discussed.
