南京市江宁区城市防洪排涝水文分析

摘  要:
以南京市江宁区为研究区,选取历史典型暴雨过程,运用新安江三水源模型计算区内20年一遇的产流过程,将江宁区细化为22个圩区,并分城镇、农村与混合区计算排涝模数.江宁区平均排涝模数为3.19 m~3/(s·km~2),与南京城市防洪规划基本相同,但不同圩区城镇化程度的差异导致排涝模数有所不同,且排涝模数与可调蓄水域面积密切相关,在制定排涝规划时,需充分利用城市绿地截留雨水,积极扩展水面,疏通区内河道,建设自然积存、自然渗透、自然净化的生态城市,保障江宁区的可持续发展,促进江宁区的生态文明建设.

摘  要:
A typical historical rainstorm processes is analyzed to calculate the 5% frequency runoff yield by the Xin 'anjiang model with three runoff components in the Jiangning district of Nanjing city. The Jiangning district is divided into 22 polder areas and drainage modulus is calculated for towns, rural areas and mixed areas. The average drainage modulus in Jiangning district is 3.19 m~3/(s·km~2), which is similar to the value of Nanjing Urban Flood Control Planning. But the various urbanization degrees lead to different drainage modulus for each polder area. Drainage modulus is closely related to the area of adjustable water storage. So it should make full use of urban green space to intercept rainwater, extend water area and dredge river course to construct an ecological city with natural accumulation, natural infiltration and natural purification. It makes sense to achieve sustainable development sustainable and promote the construction of ecological civilization in Jiangning district.
