草金鱼浸制标本最佳保存法与保色法的探讨

摘  要：
以不同颜色(红色、黄色、黑色)的草金鱼为研究对象,不同体积分数(5%、8%、10%)的福尔马林或70%的酒精作为浸制液,并加入不同体积分数(0.8%、2%、5%)的苯酚与8%福尔马林组合,研究不同组配的浸制液对草金鱼标本的最佳保存及保色效果。结果表明,8%福尔马林与2%苯酚的混合浸制液对草金鱼标本色彩的保持效果最好。

摘  要：
The study was conducted with grass goldfish(Carassius auratus) of different colors(red,yellow,black).Extract of formalin(5%,8%,10%)or 70% alcohol,and different concentration of phenol(0.8%,2%,5%) was added to study the best preservation and color protection composite extract.The result was that the best color protection solvent was 8% formalin added with 2% phenol.
