苦瓜BAG基因组织特异性表达研究

摘  要:
实时荧光定量RT-PCR分析表明:苦瓜BAG基因仅在心皮、雄蕊、花萼和幼果中表达,花瓣中没有表达。心皮中表达水平远远高于其它组织,为雄蕊的77倍之多;在幼果、雄蕊和花萼中有低水平的表达。因此BAG基因直接参与苦瓜花和果实发育,尤其对心皮的发育起着关键的作用。

摘  要:
In this study, we adopted a sensitive and reliable quantitative real-time RT-PCR assay for measuring the BAG mRNA expression levels of Momordica charantia L. The results showed that the expression of BAG was only present in carpel, stamen, calyx, and young fruit but none in petal. High mRNA levels were detected in carpel and low mRNA levels in stamen, calyx and young fruit. All these data demonstrated BAG gene participates in development of flower and fruit, especially having a key role in carpel development.
