小麦抗白粉病基因定位

摘  要:
将测试品种宁8026分别与感病品种和已知抗病基因位点的品种杂交,进行抗性遗传分析。在此基础上采用单体分析的方法对测试品种进行基因定位。结果证明,宁8026具有一对隐性抗白粉病基因,该基因座落在1B染色体上,经鉴定其抗谱与阿夫乐尔相同,该基因也命名为pm 8。

摘  要:
The inheritance of resistance to powdery mildew in the wheat variety Ningmai 8026 was analyzed by crossing it with susceptible and resistant varieties with located genes, and then monosomic analysis was conducted. The results indicated that one recessive resistant gene was located on chroe mosome 1B in Ningmai 8026,which showed the same reaction pattern to th-Gui Zhou powdery mildew races as Aurora, so the gene was also designated as Pm 8.
