摘 要:
本试验旨在研究蚯蚓提取物对小鼠生长性能、血清生化指标、抗氧化指标以及免疫指标的影响。选用128只21日龄断奶小鼠,随机分为4组,每组8个重复,每个重复4只小鼠。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组分别饲喂在基础饲粮中添加蚯蚓提取物的试验饲粮,按饲粮/蚯蚓液分别为1 g/5μL、1 g/10μL、1 g/15μL的浓度添加蚯蚓提取物。正试期28 d。结果表明:1)各组小鼠的平均日采食量及平均日增重均无显著差异(P>0.05),试验Ⅰ组的料重比显著低于其余各组(P<0.05),较对照组降低了8.47%。试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组心脏指数显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。2)各组间血清葡萄糖、总蛋白及尿素氮含量无显著差异(P>0.05)。3)试验Ⅰ组血清超氧化物歧化酶活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05),试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组血清总抗氧化能力显著高于对照组和试验Ⅲ组(P<0.05)。4)试验Ⅰ组的脾脏指数显著高于试验Ⅱ组和对照组(P<0.05)。试验Ⅰ组的血清免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)和白细胞介素-6(IL-6)含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组血清溶菌酶活性及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。综上,在本试验条件下,蚯蚓提取物可提高小鼠的生长性能,降低料重比,同时调节血清抗氧化能力和免疫能力,是一种具有潜在开发价值的饲用添加剂。

摘 要:
This study was conducted to investigate the effects of earthworm extracts on growth performance,serum biochemical indexes,antioxidant indexes and immune indexes in mice.A total of 128 mice at 21 days of age were randomly allotted to 4 groups with 8 replicates per group and 4 mice per replicate.The mice in control group were fed a basal diet,and those in 4 experimental groups(groups Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ) were fed the basal diet added earthworm extracts at concentrations(diet/earthworm liquid) of 1 g/5 μL,1 g/10 μL and1 g/15 μL,respectively.The experiment lasted for 28 days.The results showed as follows:1) there was no significant difference in average daily feed intake and average daily gain among groups(P>0.05);the feed to grain ratio of group Ⅰ was significantly lower than that of other groups(P< 0.05),and it was decreased by8.47% compared with the control group(P<0.05).The heart index of groups Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ was significantly higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05).2) There was no significant difference in serum glucose(GLU),total protein(TP) and urea(UN) contents among groups(P>0.05).3) The activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD) in serum of group Ⅰ was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total antioxidant capacity of groups Ⅰ and Ⅱ was significantly higher than that of control group and group Ⅲ(P<0.05).4) The spleen index of group Ⅰ was significantly higher than that of group Ⅱ and control group(P<0.05).The serum immune globulin G(IgG),interferon-γ(IFN-γ) and interleukin-6(IL-6) contents of group Ⅰ were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The serum lysozyme activity and tumour necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) contents of groups Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).In summary,under the conditions of this experiment,earthworm extracts have functions of promoting the development of growth performance and immune organs and regulating serum immune,as well as antioxidant indexes of mice.Earthworm extracts have a potential development value as a feed additive.
