一株产胞外中性β-葡萄糖苷酶菌株的鉴定及酶学特性研究

摘 要：
从碱性土壤中分离筛选得到一株产胞外中性β-葡萄糖苷酶的菌株ZL-110。采用16SrDNA序列分析方法对其进行分子学鉴定,结果表明,其在分类学地位上归属于芽孢杆菌属。采用SDS-PAGE方法测得该β-葡萄糖苷酶的分子量约为43kD。酶学特性研究结果表明,该酶以水杨酸苷为底物时,最适pH值与最适温度分别为7.0和50℃,是一种中性酶,具有较好的热稳定性。
