摘 要:
以碱蒿(Artemisia anethifolia)为材料,研究不同浓度NaCl胁迫下碱蒿幼苗中叶绿素含量和甜菜红素含量与耐盐性之间的关系。结果表明,随着NaCl处理浓度的增加,碱蒿幼苗中叶绿素含量呈先升高后降低的趋势;甜菜红素含量变化趋势比较明显。由此可见,叶绿素和甜菜红素含量可作为碱蒿的耐盐性鉴定指标。
