摘 要:
为探讨营养强化对马口鱼(Opsariichthys bidens)亲鱼卵巢的影响。设计实验组(强化饲料)、对照组(普通饲料),营养强化45 d后,进行卵巢切片观察与计数,测定卵巢常规营养组分、性腺指数、卵子发育至Ⅳ期的相期比例、性激素水平。结果显示:营养强化45 d后,实验组的性腺指数(11.06%)显著高于对照组(9.12%);实验组和对照组卵细胞进入Ⅳ期的相期比分别为51.60%和44.86%,差异显著;卵巢营养组成与含量方面,实验组马口鱼卵巢水分含量显著降低,粗脂肪含量显著提高,而粗蛋白、灰分、钙和磷的含量差异不显著;实验组和对照组卵巢氨基酸组成及含量没有显著差异;实验组饱和脂肪酸含量显著低于对照组,单不饱和脂肪酸、EPA+DHA含量显著高于对照组,多不饱和脂肪酸含量没有显著差异性;激素水平方面,实验组亲鱼卵巢性激素(孕酮、17a-羟孕酮、维生素D3、雄烯二酮、去氧皮质酮、皮质酮)水平明显上调。综上结果表明,使用自配营养强化饲料,能一定程度上提高马口鱼亲鱼卵巢发育水平。

摘 要:
Reveal the impact of nutritional fortification on the ovary of parental Opsariichthys bidens.The experi-mental group(fed with fortified feed)and the control group(fed with common feed)were established,and the fortification period lasted 45 days.The ovarian sections were observed and quantified,while the routine nu-tritional composition of ovary,gonadal index,phase ratio of embryonic development to stage Ⅳ,and sex hormone levels were assessed.After 45 days of nutritional enrichment,the experimental group exhibited a sig-nificantly higher gonadal index(11.06%)was compared to the control group(9.12%).The proportions of egg cells entering Ⅳ were 51.60%and 44.86%for the experimental and control groups,respectively,with a significant difference.In terms of the composition and content of ovarian nutrition,the water content of the ova-ry of the experimental group was significantly decreased,and the crude fat content was significantly increased.In contrast,the contents of crude protein,ash,calcium and phosphorus were not significantly different.There was no difference in amino acid composition and content between the experimental and control groups.The content of saturated fatty acids in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the content of monounsaturated fatty acids and EPA+DHA was significantly higher than that in the control group.There was no difference in polyunsaturated fatty acid content.Regarding sex hormones,the levels of ovarian hormones(progesterone,17a-hydroxyprogesterone,vitamin D3,androstenedione,deoxycorti-costerone,corticosterone)in the experimental group were significantly up-regulated.In conclusion,using self-made nutrient-fortified feed can improve the ovarian development level of parent fish.
