紫花苜蓿茎、叶浸提液对小黑麦种子及幼苗的化感效应研究

摘 要：
利用紫花苜蓿分枝期的茎、叶浸提液对小黑麦种子及幼苗进行处理,以研究其对小黑麦种子及幼苗的化感作用。结果表明,紫花苜蓿茎、叶浸提液浓度对小黑麦种子的萌发有一定的抑止作用,并且随着浓度的增加,抑止作用增强;小黑麦苗期的茎、叶、根重随着紫花苜蓿茎、叶浸提液浓度的增加而呈现先增加后降低的变化趋势;紫花苜蓿茎、叶浸提液浓度为20%时对小黑麦幼苗的高度与生长速度影响最为显著。
