细胞培养在动物药生产中的应用

摘  要：
动物药因其拥有疗效显著和资源紧缺的特点越来越受到人们的关注。为了缓解人们对动物药日益增长的需求与日益减少的野生药用动物资源之间的矛盾,近年来,药用动物细胞培养法生产动物药的技术悄然兴起。通过对药用植物细胞培养生产次生代谢产物和药用动物水蛭、麝鼠、蜜蜂、梅花鹿细胞培养生产动物药的相关文献进行综述,剖析了当前药用动物细胞培养生产动物药过程中存在的问题和展望未来该领域的发展趋势,以期为加快药用动物细胞培养生产动物药的研究进展提供参考。

摘  要：
Animal medicine has attracted more and more attention because it's obvious therapeutic effect and shortage of resources. In order to ease the contradiction between the growing demands for animal medicine and dwindling wild medicinal animal resources,the method of medicinal animal cell culture was used to product animal medicine in recent years. By reviewing the successful cases of medicinal plant cell culture for producing secondary metabolites and medicinal animal cell culture,including leech,muskrat,bees and sika deer,to product animal medicine,the existing problems in animal medicine producing by cell culture were analyzed and the development trends in this field were also discussed,in order to provide reference for accelerating the research progress of animal medicine production by way of cell culture.
