以北京市延庆县为例,从制度变迁角度分析了农村沼气后续服务体系发展滞后的瓶颈,并提出相关的政策建议,即给予政策支持、调动农民参与积极性和培训技术队伍等。

摘 要：
With Yanqing County,Beijing City as an example,from the perspective of institutional change,the bottleneck of the rural biogas follow-up service system was analyzed,several relevant suggestions were put forward,namely policy supporting,mobilize farmers participating initiative,culturing technique team.
