乌饭树扦插技术研究

摘  要：
本文以乌饭树老枝、嫩枝和萌发枝为材料,研究不同插穗类型、不同扦插时间、不同扦插基质以及不同生长素处理插穗对扦插生根率的影响。结果表明,插穗类型以萌发枝生根率最高,即生根率76.1%;扦插时间以7月生根率较高,达到76.1%;扦插基质以过筛的黄心土的生根率最好,生根率为76.5%;不同生长素处理效果以生根粉1号处理的萌发枝插穗生根率最高,即77.4%;这些研究结果为乌饭树繁殖和产业化提供技术参考。

摘  要：
In this paper, old branches, twigs and sprouted branches of Vaccinium bracteatum were used for cuttings, the effect of cuttings with different types of cuttings, cutting time, cutting medium and auxin treatment on rooting rate of cutting was studied. The results show that for types of cuttings, the rooting rate of sprouted branches was the highest as 76.1%; for cutting time, the rooting rate of July was higher as 76.1%; for cutting medium, the rooting rate of screened yellow soil was better as 76.5%; for auxin treatment, the rooting rate that used ABT No.1 was the highest as 77.4%; these research results provide technical references for breeding and industrialization of V. bracteatum.
