全视角考核法在学科馆员绩效考核中的应用研究

摘 要:
以华南师范大学大学城校区图书馆为例,对全视角考核法的应用作了介绍。针对全视角考核法存在的问题,以问卷调查的形式分析了全视角考核法的应用。分析得出考核者的权重比例和考核指标的重要性排序,并阐述应用全视角考核法的要点,为本校图书馆学科馆员绩效考核制度的改进提供了依据。

摘 要:
Based on the information from South China Normal University,the paper introduces the application of full-circle appraisal.To solve the issues of the full-circle appraisal,questionnaire is conducted to analyze the application.It summarizes the weight percentages of assessment persons,significance sequence of attributes,and key points of full-circle appraisal,which technically support appraisal of subject librarians.
